WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY  WITH AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

 

If for any reason you are disatisfied with an item you may return the item to the store with the grocery store receipt that we provide to you.

 

DO I TIP MY PERSONAL SHOPPER?

 

Yes our personal shoppers work for tips.

And they are greatly appreciated!

 

CAN YOU REFUSE MY ORDER?

 

Owner does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with in legal limits of the law.

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

 

We make paying for your groceries easy. When your groceries are delivered you may pay by cash, check or card. All major card are accepte. Our delivery fees will be included in total charged.

 

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVED A DELIVERY?

 

Unless other arrangements have beem made, someone must be home to receive your order and pay for the groceriess and service. If no one is available to receive your order, your groceries will be stored appropriately, but you may be subjected to a redelivery fee.

 

CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY DATE AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

 

Yes, but you must call at lease a day a head of time. sending a email will not be sufficient enough to stop your grocery order from being processed.

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

 

In area that we provide service, generally we can offer next-day delivery(if the next-day is a normal delivery day)and in some cases, same day may be available. However, all available deliveries are filled on a first come  first serve basis, and popular times do fill quickly. We do ask you do places you order by 7pm the night before to better ensure next day delivery. We do however recommend placing your order several days before your desired delivery date if it is at all possible. You may even place your order up to one week in advance. Please understand that due to the demand of our service. We may not be able to guarantee a next day delivery but we will do our best to accommodate you for the time of your request.

 

DOES IT TAKE A LONG TIME TO ORDER?

 

No, because we shop at the grocery store of your chocie, it would be nearly impossilble to separate each store the particular products that they carry and their individual prices. We assume that you know what you want, where you want it from and how much it is going to cost. Simply type out your grocery list and sumit it on our online order form or you can call directly and place your order over the phone or email. 

 

CAN I PLACE OTHER ORDERS THE SAME AS A GROCERY ORDER?

 

Yes, just put what type of order or pickup you want and any pacific orders and send the same way. If it is a take-out order you for that day please call first for availablity before ordering.

 

WHEN PLACING A PHARMACY PICKUP WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

 

Please make sure you let your pharmacist know who will be picking up your  perscribiton and that is ok that personal shopper pick it up for you. You will be given your personal shoppers name the day of delivery before pick up.
